Job Description:
The ICQA Specialist is responsible for inventory control and quality assurance within the warehouse. This position conducts cycle counts, investigates inventory discrepancies, maintains accurate inventory records, and monitors warehouse processes to ensure that physical inventory matches the WMS.

Responsibilities：
- Perform daily, weekly, and scheduled cycle counts and physical inventory counts.
- Verify that physical inventory quantities and locations match WMS records.
- Investigate shortages, overages, misplaced inventory, damaged products, and system discrepancies.
- Identify the root causes of inventory discrepancies and follow up on corrective actions.
- Monitor the accuracy of receiving, put-away, inventory transfers, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Review receiving, shipping, and inventory documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Track mis-shipments, missing items, damaged products, and other inventory quality issues.
- Maintain inventory records and prepare reports using WMS and Excel.
- Work with warehouse management to improve inventory accuracy and operating procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or ICQA.
- Warehouse, distribution center, or e-commerce fulfillment experience.
- Familiarity with receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory-counting processes.
- Experience using WMS, Excel, computers, or tablets.
- Ability to investigate inventory discrepancies and perform basic data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese is required.
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
